Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable customer service. However, we understand that you may need to return or exchange an item. Please read the policy below before completing your purchase.

Applicability of the Return Policy

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Damaged, altered, or non-resellable items may be refused.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at evastyle.toronto@gmail.com with the reason for your return, your order number, and photos or a video of the product.
• If your request is approved, you will receive instructions regarding the return address and shipping process. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
• All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia. Full details will be provided once your request is approved.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If the return is due to customer preference or error, shipping fees must be covered by the customer. The amount depends on the carrier selected.
• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), no return fees will be charged.

Damaged Items

• Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately.
• For any claim related to shipping damage, photos or videos must be sent to evastyle.toronto@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be declined.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please specify this when submitting your return request.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately to ensure fast shipping.

Incorrect Item Received

• If you receive the wrong item, you may choose to keep it for a partial refund, or return it to receive the correct item or a full refund.
• Please email evastyle.toronto@gmail.com with your order details after receiving the item.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
• If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at evastyle.toronto@gmail.com.
