• Transit time: 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.
Shipping Conditions
• All orders are prepared in our logistics center before being handed over to the carrier.
• A tracking number will be sent within 24 hours after your order is shipped.

Order Tracking
• To track your order, go to the “Track My Order” page and enter your tracking number or your order number along with your email address.
Address Changes
• If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
• Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
Multiple Addresses
• A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
• Please place separate orders for each delivery address.
